EXPERIENCE

Timothy D. Fisher is Of Counsel at BMBF. His practice centers on the representation of individuals in cases of medical negligence, wrongful death, birth injury, and catastrophic personal injury. He has extensive experience in medical malpractice and healthcare law, having handled all aspects of litigation from pre-suit analysis through trial and appeal.

Tim obtained his undergraduate degree in Political Science in 2002 from Loyola University Maryland, and his Juris Doctorate from University of Baltimore School of Law, with honors, in 2005.

Following law school, Tim served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Durke G. Thompson in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland.

In 2006, he entered the private practice of law as a trial attorney. For over 12 years prior to joining BMBF, Tim practiced with a law firm primarily focused on the defense of health care providers and hospitals. He has significant jury and bench trial experience in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.

In his free time, Tim enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and 3 children.
